FUUSHIA is committed to respecting the privacy of personal data collected on this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law.
Data collected
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide via the contact form (name, email, phone, company, country, company size, service of interest, message), via the online booking (name, email, and optionally a message), and via conversations with our virtual assistant M. Shia (message content, language, visited page). With your explicit consent, we also set a technical cookie `fuushia_vid` that links these touchpoints into a unified journey (see Cookies section).
Purposes
Collected data is used exclusively to contact you back, respond to your requests, and organize a consultation. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Sub-processors
Contact form and booking data are processed by our own infrastructure hosted at Hetzner (Germany, EU). Booking relies on Google Calendar / Google Meet for slot management and video conferencing (Google Ireland Ltd, EU; any transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses). Anti-bot protection on forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Site hosting is provided by OVH (France). M. Shia chatbot conversations are processed by Cloudflare (Workers + D1, EU/US hosting, GDPR DPA verified) and the Anthropic Claude language model (US, GDPR DPA verified, transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses). Email notifications are sent via Resend (Ireland, EU). All these sub-processors are GDPR-compliant.
Retention
Data from prospects who don't follow up is deleted within 3 years of the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for applicable legal durations. The `fuushia_vid` cookie and associated raw events (chatbot conversations, form submissions) are retained for a maximum of 13 months, then aggregated or deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights via self-service through our GDPR portal at https://crm.fuushia.com/rgpd/mes-donnees: enter your email, receive a secure link, and view, export or delete your data instantly. For any other request, write to contact@fuushia.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
With your explicit consent (via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page), we set a single technical cookie `fuushia_vid` on the `.fuushia.com` domain. Its purpose: to link your various interactions with FUUSHIA (contact form, online booking, conversation with M. Shia assistant) into a unified journey, in order to better contextualize our exchanges and avoid asking you for information you've already provided. Technical attributes: maximum duration 13 months, Secure and SameSite=Lax flags, scope `.fuushia.com` (cross-subdomain). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookies link in the footer — the cookie is then deleted immediately. Without consent, no tracking cookie is set. Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot protection, used on forms and booking, may set a strictly necessary technical cookie required for its operation.
